GCSEs are recognised as the first mark of significant achievement in a subject. They show that you have gained a good level of learning in your subject area, as well as providing you with a good base of knowledge to progress on to further study at 'A' level.

IGCSEs are internationally recognised qualifications that are at the same level and standard as GCSEs but with an international perspective. Unlike many of NEC's GCSE courses they are assessed through 100% examination - which means that you will not have to submit coursework.
