Student Survey Prize Terms & Conditions
  • Entry is open to eligible NEC students and alumni.
  • To be eligible, the student or alumni must have enrolled with NEC between 1st September 2016 to 30th September 2019, be aged 18 or over and provided their full name and email address so that they are able to be contacted.
  • Eligible students and alumni may only complete the survey once. Attempting to complete the survey more than once will disqualify the student or alumni entry into the prize draw.
  • The Student Survey opens on Saturday 13th June 2020 and closes at midnight on Sunday 12th July 2020.
  • A total of 1 winner of the competition shall be determined by a random prize draw.
  • The winner will be randomly selected on 17th July 2020 and informed by email. The winner must respond via email to acknowledge receipt by 31st July 2020 (or NEC reserves the right to select a new winner beyond this date). Once receipt is acknowledged, NEC will send the winner their voucher and donate to the charity of the winner’s choice.
  • The voucher and charitable donation is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • NEC is not responsible for loss or misuse of voucher
  • NEC holds no responsibility for what the charity does with the donation.
  • NEC reserves the right to refuse to donate to the chosen charity if it conflicts with our ethos and standards. In this case, we would ask the winner to select an alternative charity.
  • NEC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant for acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • NEC may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
  • Any information collected will be used by NEC for the purpose of conducting the competition. Entrants may request access to personal information held by NEC. Any personal data collected by NEC will only be used in line with our website privacy notice.
