Samreen is an experienced school leader and education consultant specialising in evidence-based practice, staff development and inclusive provision. Her work centres on ensuring no child’s education is limited by the challenges they face, particularly those affected by trauma or social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Most recently, Samreen worked in a specialist SEMH school, where she helped identify and embed the skills needed to support students effectively. She has also worked as an educational consultant alongside institutions including Imperial College London, tackling issues such as school attendance and barriers to participation in health research among BAME communities and children.
Drawing on evidence-based research and best practice, Samreen develops tailored strategies that help educators deliver holistic, inclusive learning and she’s a regular voice on education, values and school culture.
