MORE ABOUT OUR TUTORS“I have taught for NEC since the late 1970s on maths, sciences and engineering courses and have also been a tutor for the Open University in technology. Each student has different goals and I aim to help everyone succeed. When students find themselves in difficulty with their course, I endeavour to show them clearly the way to reach the correct answer. I have a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and engineering. I have conducted research in chemistry and engineering and have a PhD in the latter. I completed the adult teaching qualification Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (now called Education and Training Level 3). I live in East Anglia.”

There are no formal qualifications required to enrol. There are no expensive set textbooks or ebooks to buy because all of your essential learning materials and lab instructions are fully integrated into the online platform. This hands-on lab work is seamlessly submitted online alongside your regular assignments so your specialist tutor can check your scientific data skills
The programme keeps students on track over one year through a fixed study schedule featuring tutor-marked assignments, live seminars, and interactive study sessions.
